Lucky Story Reel
Here is the most recent version of Lucky. Originally boarded by myself, John Hurst and Broose Johnson, it has been reworked a bit since the original screening in 2004. The story, however, is the same. The music is a temporary scratch track.

Eddie, Wow that was beautiful.. please dont give up on it... i love the marriage of art & music...a la Fantasia. Im sure if you can find artist willing that would make your vision come to life. i know i love to do some effects, if i was ever so "lucky" great job, Les
This is great stuff Eddie. So glad I can finally see it.
Having only heard of this years ago myself, it's nice to finally see how this short plays out. I'm currently in the process of learning 2D animation myself, and thoght of how cool it might be if I could get to work on a sequence in this short (the scene with the guy trying to get the clover/gum off his shoe looks very complex and would look great in finished form.
Beautiful story, I love it!... I had a Heineken while watchin it, if thats ok...but we're off to the El Tigre Wrap Party here at Boulder Media, So there'll be Guinness had at some point.
